On October 6, 2015, The Royal Canadian Mint will release silver Proof coins featuring goalies who played for the National Hockey League’s original six teams. The coins are composed of 1/2-ounce of 99.99% pure silver, with a face value of $10, and respective mintage limits of 8,000 pieces each. Each coin costs $74.95 CAD.
